About my Service

What services do you offer?

I offer customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, back treatments, and more. You can find the full list with descriptions under the “Services” tab on my website. As I continue my education and training, I’ll be adding even more treatments soon—stay tuned!

What skin concerns do you treat?

I offer treatments for a variety of skin concerns, including acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitive skin, dryness, aging, and more. During your consultation, we’ll talk about your skin goals and create a treatment plan tailored just for you.

Where do you provide services?

I provide mobile esthetician services in Huntington, Lloyd Harbor, Cold Spring Harbor, Centerport, Huntington Bay, Dix Hills, and the Hamptons—including Southampton, East Hampton, and Bridgehampton.

If you're outside these areas, just ask—I’m flexible and happy to work something out!

Do you have a salon or spa location?

At the moment, I offer mobile esthetic services, bringing professional skincare treatments directly to your home. However, I’m planning to open a physical studio soon—stay tuned for updates!

Is there parking required for you?

Yes, please provide nearby parking access, as I will be carrying equipment.

Can I book a same-day appointment?

Online bookings need at least 2 days’ notice, but you’re welcome to reach out directly to check for any last-minute openings. I’ll do my best to fit you in if possible!

How far in advance can I book my appointment?

You can book your appointment online up to 60 days in advance.

Can I have a facial if I’m on medication?

It’s important to let me know if you’re currently taking any medications or using prescription skincare when you book your appointment. This allows us to discuss the safest and most suitable treatment options for you.

Your safety and skin health are my top priorities!

If you’re feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please notify me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.

Can I book a group facial?

Yes! I offer private group facials, perfect for a relaxing self-care day with friends, family, or neighbors.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Minimum 3 people, with a maximum of 6 to 8 people, depending on the treatment.
  2. One person hosts the event at their home and receives a special discount as a thank you for being my host.
  3. Each facial is provided one-on-one and takes about one hour per person, so we’ll create a schedule in advance to make sure everyone gets their time to relax and glow!

I truly love offering this service—it’s such a special way to bring people together for a day of relaxation and self-care.

How does online booking work?

All appointments are booked online through Vagaro, and I personally review and approve each request to ensure everything is set for your visit.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Book your appointment online by selecting your service, date, and time.
  2. Once you submit your request, I will review it and confirm (or reach out if we need to adjust anything).
  3. After I accept your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with all your appointment details.
  4. You will also receive online forms to complete before your appointment. These help me understand your skin concerns, health history, and goals so I can customize your treatment.
  5. A reminder notification will be sent 3 days before your appointment, so you’re all set!

If you have any questions before your appointment, or if you’re unsure about filling out the forms, feel free to contact me directly.

For last-minute bookings, or if you don’t see an ideal time slot, send me a message—I’ll do my best to accommodate you!

When and why should I complete my forms?

Please complete your forms at least 48 hours before your appointment. This gives me time to carefully review your information, understand your skin concerns, and customize your treatment for the best possible results.

All personal information you provide is handled confidentially and securely, in accordance with privacy standards.

If you have any questions while filling out the forms, feel free to contact me—I’m happy to assist!

Before Service

How should I prepare for my in-home facial appointment?

Please have a quiet, comfortable space ready with good lighting and access to an electrical outlet. I’ll bring everything needed—including my massage bed, professional skincare equipment, products, and tools—to create a full spa experience in your home.

If you prefer, we can also use your own comfortable bed or sofa for the treatment, as long as there’s enough space for me to sit comfortably at the head to perform the service and set up my station nearby.

If we’re using my massage bed, I’ll need a clean, open area of at least 6 ft x 8 ft for setup. More space is always welcome! No extra furniture or supplies are needed on your end.

Is there anything I need to do before my facial?

Just make sure your skin is clean and free of makeup when I arrive. Please avoid exfoliating or using retinol for 48 hours before your appointment to prevent sensitivity. Staying hydrated and avoiding sun exposure beforehand will also help you get the best results from your treatment.

For advanced treatments, I’ll give you specific instructions ahead of time to make sure your skin is fully prepped.

During treatment

What should I wear during the treatment?

Wear something comfortable! Most clients prefer a loose top, tank top, or a robe. If you’re receiving a back treatment, I can provide a gown for your comfort. For facials, I also offer a spa body wrap to cover your chest and shoulders during the treatment.

Most facials include a relaxing hand and arm massage, so please make sure your arms are free and accessible. If you have a blanket you love, feel free to use it during the treatment to stay extra cozy and warm!

Can I talk during my facial?

This is your time to unwind and relax. To help you get the most from your treatment, I encourage quiet time so you can fully enjoy the experience and enter a deeper state of relaxation.

How long does each treatment take?

Treatments range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the service. Please allow an additional 30–35 minutes for a brief consultation, set-up, and clean-up.

I always make sure there’s plenty of time for you to relax and enjoy the experience!

What products do you use?

I use professional-grade, cruelty-free products tailored to your skin type and concerns. My go-to brands include DermalogicaPCA SkinEminence Organic Skin CareO Skin Love, and Bodyceuticals.

Each treatment is customized with products that best support your skin’s unique needs, ensuring you get the best results.

Do you recommend products for home use?

Yes! I’ll suggest professional skincare products that complement your treatment and support your skin at home. Some of these products I’ll have with me, available for purchase after your facial, so you can get started right away.

You’re also welcome to purchase products on your own if you prefer, and I’m always happy to provide personalized recommendations to fit your skin’s needs.

After Service

Is there anything I need to do after my facial?

Post-care instructions are personalized, but generally, you’ll want to avoid heavy makeup, sun exposure, and intense workouts for 24 hours. Keep your skin hydrated and always wear SPF!

After your treatment, I’ll provide you with specific post-care advice tailored to your skin and the service you received. This way, you’ll know exactly how to care for your skin to get the best results!

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, contactless payment options are available.

Gratuities are always welcomed, but never expected—your trust, loyalty, and referrals are the greatest compliment!

At this time, I do not accept personal checks.

Do you charge a travel fee?

No, I do not charge a travel fee. Travel is included in the cost of your service within my service area. I’m happy to bring the spa experience directly to your home with no extra fees!

Cancellation, reschedule, running late

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment! I kindly ask that all rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% service fee. Same-day rescheduling is considered a late change and will be charged the full amount of the service.

To reschedule, please contact me directly and I’ll do my best to find a new time that works for you!

What is your cancellation policy?

As a mobile service provider, my time and travel are valuable. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

What if I’m running late to my appointment?

If I arrive at your location and you are unavailable, unresponsive, or unable to proceed with the appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee will apply.

If I am running late due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible. If the delay is more than 30 minutes, you will have the option to either proceed with the service (if time allows) or reschedule at no additional charge.
